During my stay, I leisurely explored the picturesque alleys and courtyards, adorned with blooming geraniums, evoking a sense of old-world charm.One memorable day, I embarked on a walk to one of the local educational farms, where I indulged in observing and participating in the processing of agricultural products. The experience was enriching, offering a hands-on immersion into the region's culinary traditions.Back at the hotel, I relished in the delicious and fresh breakfast spread, mostly sourced from Borgo D'Itria itself. Each bite felt like a taste of authentic Puglian goodness.
