During my stay, I leisurely explored the picturesque alleys and courtyards, adorned with blooming geraniums, evoking a sense of old-world charm.One memorable day, I embarked on a walk to one of the local educational farms, where I indulged in observing and participating in the processing of agricultural products. The experience was enriching, offering a hands-on immersion into the region's culinary traditions.Back at the hotel, I relished in the delicious and fresh breakfast spread, mostly sourced from Borgo D'Itria itself. Each bite felt like a taste of authentic Puglian goodness. The renowned restaurant's ambiance was inviting, complementing the innovative culinary creations that delighted my taste buds.At Borgo D'Itria, the harmony of nature, history, and gastronomy intertwines seamlessly, offering a truly immersive experience for guests seeking a taste of Puglia's essence.
